Before you open a ticket

  • Check the order in Orders first — a key that is still marked PENDING is usually delivered within a few minutes.
  • Search the existing tickets. Duplicates of an open ticket are closed without an answer.
  • One issue per ticket. Several unrelated problems in one thread slow everything down.

What to include

  • The order ID and the key the ticket is about.
  • What you expected and what actually happened.
  • Screenshots where they help. Never post your password, 2FA codes or recovery phrase — support will never ask for them.

Refunds
